"Everyone at the Joswiak Agency is very helpful and responsive to inquiries. I recently spoke with Susan Couch regarding the large increase to my homeowners insurance. She was very patient, helpful and understanding of my concerns. I’ve done some research and have found State Farm to be highly competitive at this time regarding price. Hopefully the insurance industry as a whole will recoup their losses, stabilize the prices or come up with a more realistic business model because it’s getting a bit ridiculous. Susan was awesome and because of her I’ve decided to stay with State Farm."
